Since we announced the pause of the staking program for our ETH-KYL tokens and advised our users to unstake and withdraw their KYL tokens, we have received several complaints from our community about the disappearance of their staked KYL.

A solution to KYL Staking Withdrawal
We want to inform the community that we’re working to fix this bug faced by some users that result to the disappearance of their KYL tokens. But in the meantime, users facing this challenge can do the following to successfully regain their tokens.
