We understand some of you have been experiencing challenges swapping your KYL to the new smart contract addresses shared with the community. We take these incidents seriously and have established a new system to promptly address your concerns.
Starting immediately, we ask that any complaints regarding failed transactions be lodged through our newly Complaint Form. The form is designed to streamline your feedback and ensure a faster resolution.
So far, we’ve had over 50 users who have completed the process, our goal is to successfully onboard everyone to the new address. Your collaboration and patience are appreciated as we work diligently to resolve all issues. Thank you for your continued support.
